Sales Manager

Our ideal candidate:

• Has at least 2 years of sales experience;
• Handles objections confidently and knows how to persuade;
• Understands basic accounting processes (invoices, primary documents);
• Can build strong client communication and close deals;
• Has proven sales achievements.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing inquiries, calls, and messages (social media, website);
• Preparing commercial offers and contracts;
• Managing client database: CRM, client cards;
• Conducting negotiations and consultations;
• Monitoring payments;
• Analyzing sales performance (dashboards, spreadsheets);
• Developing and updating sales scripts;
• Engaging new clients (both warm and cold leads).
