Accountant (Sole Proprietor)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing sole proprietors (FOP) under both General and Simplified tax systems;
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation;
• Experience with VAT, excise tax, and HR/payroll (mandatory);
• Experience with foreign currency operations is a plus;
• Proficiency in 1C, MS Office, Smartfin — a plus;
• Empathetic and client-oriented communication style;
• Customer focus;
• Experience working in the taxpayer's electronic cabinet;
• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Income tracking;
• Preparing and submitting FOP tax reports via the taxpayer's electronic cabinet;
• Registering PRRO, cash registers, and cashiers, exporting PRRO data;
• Communicating with FOP clients;
• Paying taxes and monitoring payments in the electronic cabinet;
• HR management and payroll processing for FOP employees;
• Transitioning clients between tax systems;
• Advising clients on tax and financial optimization;
• Ensuring FOP compliance with simplified system rules;
• Drafting primary documents: contracts, invoices, acts, shipping notes, etc.;
• Registration, amendment, and liquidation of FOP;
• Handling VAT and excise tax operations.
