Corporate Accountant (LLC Support)

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in BAS Accounting PRO and CORP, BAS KUP, BAS Small Business, 1C UTP and UPP;
• Experience with e-Cabinet / M.E.Doc / ArtZvit;
• Quick learner with new software (e.g., Dilovod, MasterBuh, CRM systems);
• Experience with import/export operations;
• Knowledge of VAT;
• Familiarity with PRRO is a plus;
• Customer-oriented with empathy;
• Tech-savvy and adaptable.

Responsibilities:

• Client communication and full reporting: financial, statistical, tax declarations (VAT, excise, property, land, tourist tax, unified tax);
• HR management, payroll, disability quota control;
• Enterprise size classification and related reporting under accounting laws;
• Reserve, investment, and tax accounting; profit use; error correction; depreciation;
• Development of accounting policies and internal regulations (e.g., cash handling, write-offs, payroll);
• Interaction with regulatory authorities, invoice unblocking (PN/RK);
• Switching tax regimes, advising on tax/financial optimization;
• Period closing in the system, trial balance formation, FX differences;
• Archiving and transferring accounting documents to clients;
• Managing tax burden agreements with clients, especially VAT.
